THE DYNAMIC PAUL WILKINSON AT NANCY'S FARM IN NEWPORT THIS SATURDAY. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!

We are delighted to have the dynamic Dr Paul Wilkinson, the youngest member of the PWMI National Council, speaking at Nancy Williams' fabulous old 17th century farmhouse this Saturday, November 17th.
The full address is Croesheolydd (Nancy's) Farm, Penylan Road, Bassaleg, Newport,  NP10 8RW.

Paul (pictured below) is an excellent speaker and author, and has just returned from a ministerial trip to Jerusalem in Israel. Although he is an integral part of The Hazelgrove Ministry in Stockport, Paul regularly speaks at conferences and seminars all over the USA, and many parts of Europe, and he is always in demand back home here in the UK.

This weekend Paul is conducting a mini tour of Bristol (Thursday), Caldicot (Friday), and Newport (Saturday), and at Nancy's Farm he be speaking twice from 11am (with lunch in between). His title will be "WHO CARES WHEN JESUS RETURNS?", which will be followed by a lively Q&A session to conclude the day. Please come and ask your questions, for Paul is a mine of information, and is always willing to stay on to offer his words of wisdom.

Having just returned from Jerusalem, he can give you an up to date perspective on what is happening in the Holy Land. Please bring your own packed lunch but drinks will be provided free. Paul is one of the best prophecy speakers on the UK circuit, and is definitely one not to miss!
Dr Paul Wilkinson.

These are very dark and perilous times in which we live, as Deborah Menelows and Caryl Matrisciana pointed out at Nancy's Farm two weeks ago, and we need to be ever vigilant of the apostasy around us. We need to know our Bibles more than ever, particularly on what the Word has to say about deception and Satan's subtle tactics in these latter days of Biblical Prophecy. We give thanks to the Lord for people such as Deborah, Caryl, Paul and the many other great teachers and expositors that our Lord Yeshua sends to us down here in South Wales.

PAUL WILKINSON SAYS "I DON'T RECOGNIZE JESUS IN THE PROTESTANT CHURCH TODAY" IN AN ADDRESS IN JERUSALEM! YOU CAN HEAR MORE DYNAMIC TEACHING LIKE FROM PAUL AT NANCY'S FARM IN NEWPORT THIS SATURDAY.

I don’t recognize Jesus in the Protestant church today.

UK Pastor Paul Wilkinson comments on the current anti-Israel sentiment in Protestant churches as he participates in an  interfaith consultation outside Jerusalem:
I don’t recognize Jesus in the Protestant church today.
The Times of Israel report on this meeting here.
Protestant clergymen painted a largely pessimistic view of the church’s relationship with Israel and the Jewish community during a  visit to the Holy Land, suggesting that anti-Semitism is a deep-seated problem based in Christian theology that will be difficult to uproot.
Jewish-Protestant relations are currently undergoing a severe crisis after senior leaders of Mainline Protestant churches in the US last month accused Israel of “widespread” human rights violations and urged Congress to reconsider military aid to Jerusalem.
“I am completely pessimistic in terms of believing that I, we, are going to overturn 2,000 years of erroneous theology that has manifested itself in all kinds of diatribes and anti-Semitic factions,” said the Rev. Paul Wilkinson, the associate minister at Hazel Grove Full Gospel Church, a small pro-Israel congregation in Stockport, England. “I believe we’d be fooling ourselves if we believed that we can overturn and change what I perceive to be a Goliath of theology in the church. The Goliath we face is the Goliath of replacement theology, the Goliath of Christian Palestinianism that taunts Israel, that goads Israel, that accuses Israel, that condemns Israel and those Christians who stand with Israel.”
Replacement theology, also called supercessionism, is the belief that Christendom has taken the Jewish people’s place as the recipients of promises God made in the Old Testament.
‘The problem isn’t political, the problem isn’t sociological, the problem isn’t about lack of education or lack of dialogue. The problem is a spiritual one’
“That Goliath cannot be felled with a stone and a sling as in the days of King David, because the problem isn’t political, the problem isn’t sociological, the problem isn’t about lack of education or lack of dialogue,” Wilkinson said. “The problem is a spiritual one. The problem is that there is an adversary of God, of Israel, of Christians.”
Wilkinson was speaking on Monday at the opening session of a consultation organized by the B’nai B’rith World Center in Jerusalem and the Ecumenical Theological Research Fraternity in Israel (ETRFI). Founded in 1966 by Jerusalem-based clergymen and theologians, ETFRI seeks to promote Jewish-Christian relations.
Some 20 pro-Israel Christian pastors, laymen and activists from across the globe gathered this week in a hotel outside Jerusalem to discuss anti-Israel attitudes that have typified Mainline Protestant Churches over the past decades. According to B’nai B’rith World Center, the three-day consultation aimed to build bridges between Israel and the Protestant denominations, and “to help change the biased positions they have adopted regarding the Israel-Palestinian conflict.”
Yet some participants painted a dark picture of Protestant-Jewish relations vis-à-vis support for Israel, saying the church overwhelmingly sided with the Palestinians.
…
Wilkinson, the reverend from England, on the other hand, was adamant that Mainline Protestant churches are a lost cause when it comes to their views of Jews. Speaking at the consultation on Monday night, he recalled attending an international conference organized by the pro-Palestinian Sabeel Ecumenical Liberation Theology Center a few years ago, which he said proved to him how deeply ingrained anti-Semitic notions are within some Christian denominations.
“That conference was my first exposure to the absolute hatred toward Israel that exists in the heart — in the heart — of the Protestant Church.”
During the conference, Wilkinson witnessed how organizers and participants denounced Israel as an apartheid state guilty of ethnically cleansing the Palestinian people, and were told that there was never a Jewish Temple in Jerusalem. One speaker called the God of the Christian Zionists “the great ethnic cleanser, the genocidist,” and described the biblical Joshua as the “patron saint of ethnic cleansing,” Wilkinson said. Not one Protestant clergymen protested, he added.
In 2010, a Scottish Baptist minister gave a devotional address to members of the Scottish parliament, Wilkinson continued. “He spoke about the hope of Christmas being found in the birth of another Palestinian child, born a refugee, living under military occupation,” he recalled.
“I don’t recognize Jesus in the Protestant church today,” added Wilkinson, who wrote his dissertation about Christian Zionism and studied for some time at the International School of Holocaust Studies at Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. “What we’re finding now is a propaganda campaign being waged by the Palestinian Authority, the Islamic world and by the Protestant church, including the Evangelical church.”

SPLENDID PIECE BY THE EXCELLENT JOHN McTERNAN ON OBAMA, THE ELECTION, HURRICANES, AND MUCH MORE!

Hurricanes OBAMA and the Election

                        Verse of the Day

Exodus 9:16 And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee (Pharaoh) up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

Commentary

The President God Raised Up To Oversee the Destruction of America
Both Hurricanes Isaac and Sandy have radically changed my ministry and America. It changed my ministry because back in August I linked Isaac hitting New Orleans, during the homosexual event called Southern Decadence. The name says it all, so there is no need for me to go into details. Hurricane Katrina hit the same day exactly seven years before. This linking caught the attention of some homosexuals, and they went after me on the Comment Section of this blog. It lasted for a week or so and then died down.
It appears that they monitored the blog, and when I posted about Hurricane Sandy hitting in conjunction with New York State legalizing homosexual “marriage”, the Huffington Post picked it up. It then went viral throughout the world. These homosexual sites accurately quoted me for which I am delighted. Untold numbers have seen the connection between national sin and judgment. I also had the opportunity to share God’s holiness and the gospel with the vast number that contacted me. They brought the fight to me. The two hurricanes are directly responsible for taking this ministry to a new level.
God also has used these two hurricanes to alter history and re elect Obama as president. I am convinced of it, as I studied what happened.
The way the LORD did it is simply mind-numbing.
Hurricane Isaac hit during the Republican Convention and altered the proceedings. It sent confusion, which resulted in no bounce for Romney. Romney caught up with Obama at the first debate. I did not follow the convention and had no idea of this confusion. This hurricane gave Obama a great political advantage; thus it should be called “Hurricane Obama”.

PAUL WILKINSON OF THE PWMI AT NANCY'S FARM NEXT SATURDAY. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!

We all had a fabulous time at Nancy's Farm last Saturday when the very impressive Deborah Menelows and Caryl Matrisciana, film makers, researchers, and experts on false doctrines, gave four splendid visual presentaions in a near six hour conference, on the last leg of their month-long British tour titled "Sound The Alarm".

They covered everything from the occult, cults, kundalini, yoga, eastern mysticism, TM, the emerging church, apostasy in the real church, the rise of Mormonism, the antichrist, the eastern leg of the Revived Roman Empire with its upcoming caliphate, muslims to watch out for in the end times, the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple, and much, much more! The place was packed out with about 80 people crammed into Nancy's marvellous old 17th century farmhouse, and it was a fantastic event.

And next week we will be back at Nancy's on Saturday, November 17th when we have the youngest Council Member of the PWMI, excellent speaker and author, Dr Paul Wilkinson (pictured below) from The Hazelgrove Ministry in Stockport on his mini tour of Bristol, Caldicot, and Newport. He will be speaking twice from 11am (with lunch in between), and his title will be "WHO CARES WHEN JESUS RETURNS?" There will also be a lively Q&A session to conclude the day. Please bring your own packed lunch but drinks will be provided free. Paul is another one not to miss!

NETANYAHU AND ISRAEL STILL PREPARED TO STRIKE IRAN, EVEN WITHOUT SUPPORT FROM THE NEWLY RE-ELECTED OBAMA!!

Benjamin Netanyahu shows a drawing illustrating Iran's alleged progress towards a nuclear-weapons capability during his speech to the UN General Assembly, 27 September Mr Netanyahu has failed to get Washington to agree to a "red line" for military action against Iran
The Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has said he is ready to order a strike on Iran if international sanctions do not stop its nuclear programme.
"I am, of course, ready to press the button if necessary," he said.

Speaking on Israeli television, Mr Netanyahu also indicated Israel was prepared to act unilaterally.
His government has failed to get the US to set a clear "red line" for military action against Iran.
This has put a strain on relations with the administration of President Barack Obama.
Channel Two interviewed the prime minister as part of an investigative report detailing Israel's efforts to stop Iran from what it says is a drive to develop a nuclear weapon.
Iran insists its nuclear programme is purely for peaceful purposes.

"As long as I am prime minister, Iran will not have the atomic bomb” Benjamin Netanyahu

The Channel Two report said that in 2010, Mr Netanyahu and his defence minister, Ehud Barak, had given orders for the military to get ready to attack Iran within hours if required.
The programme described this as "the closest Israel has come to attacking Iran".
The orders were later withdrawn in the face of opposition from two top security officials at the time - chief-of-staff Lt Gen Gabi Ashkenazi and the head of the intelligence service, Mossad, Meir Dagan.
According to the programme Gen Ashkenazi considered such an attack on Iran, "a strategic mistake" because of the risk of a war, while Mr Dagan deemed it "illegal", saying a full cabinet decision was needed. Both men have since retired from their posts.

When Mr Netanyahu was asked about the reported exchanges he did not comment directly.
"In the final reckoning, the responsibility lies with the prime minister and as long as I am prime minister, Iran will not have the atomic bomb," he said.
"If there's no other way, Israel is ready to act."
In the documentary, there was also criticism of the handling of the Iranian nuclear threat from the former Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Olmert. He suggested that the current government had jeopardised its close relationship with Washington.
Mr Olmert is considering making a political comeback ahead of a general election on 22 January.
Like its US ally, Israel has consistently refused to rule out a military option to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear bomb. It believes such a weapon would threaten its existence.

WE ARE SAFE WITH THE ISRAELIS, STATE PRO-HEBREW ARAB ELECTION PARTY!

First Pro-Israel Arab Party To Run In Israeli Elections

It is hard to envisage an Arab Knesset member declaring that “if something were to happen to Israel, this democracy that protects everyone, the whole Middle East would be doomed.”

But that is Aatef Karinaoui’s declared conviction, and it explains why he is forming the first pro-Israel Arab party, El Amal Lat’gir — “Hope for Change” in Arabic – to run in the Knesset elections on January 22, 2013.

Karinaoui gives the impression of a man who believes his time has come. A 42-year-old resident of the Bedouin city of Rahat in the Negev, he is a traditional Muslim but does not consider himself religious. Though involved in politics for nearly two decades, and exceedingly busy preparing his Knesset campaign, he is soft-spoken and patient. In fact, when we recently spoke, in a cafe at Ben Gurion Airport, he repeatedly extended our chat to accommodate my questions — despite the nudging of his staff. And his anger at Israeli Arab politicians, who he says cultivate the division between Jewish and Arab Israelis, clearly runs deep.

“All the bad things they say about Israel and its supposed ill-treatment of Arabs is a lie, a bald-faced lie,” he says intently, just moments after we’ve sat down. “Arab members of Knesset are setting a fire. They feed off of the politics of division and don’t represent the Arab public. The Arab Knesset members do nothing to educate them or advance their situation… But [at present] there is no alternative to the current leadership.”

By forming El Amal Lat’gir, which he says is loyal to Israel and concerned exclusively with social matters, Karinaoui aims to provide that alternative.

Karinaoui, who is married with five children (including a daughter currently on a national service program), is the chairman of the nonprofit organization Social Equality and National Service in the Arab Sector, which encourages Arabs to shoulder a share of the national service burden. He’s also in charge of operating computer centers in Arab cities throughout Israel as part of the Finance Ministry’s Lehava project, whose goal is to “narrow the digital gap” by providing access to the Internet in lower-income areas of the country.

“We don’t need the Arab members of Knesset to obsess over marginal matters and foreign affairs as they’ve been doing,” he declares. Arab MK Hanin Zoabi participated in the May 2010 Mavi Marmara bid to break Israel’s naval blockade of Gaza, for instance, while her colleague Ibrahim Saroor last year denounced the American “murder” of Osama bin Laden.

“We have real, pressing concerns -– 15 people living in a single house, land issues, education problems,” says Karinaoui. “We have plenty to deal with. But Arab MKs distance us from the mainstream and don’t want progress. Their leadership is the real failure.”

Karinaoui believes that given the chance, he can make a real difference. “Our leaders have defrauded us for 60 years. Give us a single Knesset mandate and we will do more for the people in four to five years than they have done in 60.”

His Knesset bid is just getting off the ground, he says, asserting that information from his canvassing indicates his list could win five to six seats — an ambitious estimate, since Arab parties mustered just 11 seats between them in the outgoing Knesset. He is working flat-out building up the party, all day every day, he says, and is putting together a team of volunteers to go door-to-door in Arab towns and villages, planning advertising in Arabic papers, arranging speeches in mosques and building a website.

Karinaoui is currently working out of the northern towns of Sakhnin, Arabe and Tamra — none of them Bedouin towns, he stresses, underlining the goal to galvanize the entire Israel Arab community. Coming from a clan estimated to number some 8,000 makes for a good basis, he says.

Star of David? No problem

But it’s not just the perceived failure of Arab politicians to deliver that drives him; Karinaoui also very much identifies with the State of Israel. He wants to see Arab Israelis fully engaged as citizens, and taking responsibility for the change that they can bring about.

“We want to prove that we are loyal and faithful citizens,” he says. “And we also need more attention and support from the state.… I’m a proud Arab and a proud Israeli too. I’m not Palestinian.… Look at Syria. Look at Egypt, look at Libya, look at Tunisia, and look at Bahrain: the problem is not Israel, it’s the Arabs.”

Karinaoui’s tack echos a recent, widely circulated op-ed in which Abdulateef Al-Mulhim, a retired commodore of the Royal Saudi Navy, asked Arabs to stop pointing the finger at Israel. But Al-Mulhim doesn’t live in Israel, a country where democracy comes hand in hand with Jewish symbols and mythology.

‘If there is more cooperation between Arabs and Jews in Israel, we will broadcast that and fight the libel in the Middle East to show the Arab public that we are part of Israel and proud of it and that we get what we deserve and this will bring immense benefits to Israel. And even the Iranians will have nothing to say’

“I have no problem with the Star of David on the flag or with the national anthem –- no problem at all,” he says. “Israel is a democracy, and I respect every country that is a democracy. Israel did not expel me. I kept my land. I have the right under the law to do whatever I want to do, even to become prime minister.

“We Arabs need to thank God that we live in this democratic country.”

Karinaoui volunteered for military service at the age of 26, and still completes his reserve duty whenever called, “because I am a citizen and I like it and this is what a citizen has to do.”

In order to give his community a voice in government, Karinaoui joined the Likud Central Committee in 1995. Within a year, he became an adviser in Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office, later advising Nathan Sharansky at the Ministry of the Interior and Tzachi Hanegbi at the Environmental Protection Ministry, under Ariel Sharon’s premiership. In the 2006 elections, he ran for Knesset in the utterly unrealistic 67th spot on the Likud list.

Why was he placed so low? Because the party ranks candidates on the basis of how many votes they’ll likely draw, he acknowledges, and the fact is that few Israeli Arabs will vote Likud. But he showed, he says, that there was room for him even within the “nationalist” Likud tent, underlining the capacity to build what he calls an Arab voice from within.

Cooperation, not corruption

Karinaoui’s straight talk can come across as refreshing in a political system that many in Israel consider steeped in excuses and evasions. And he sees in Israeli Arab politics the same pathologies –- corruption and demagoguery — that triggered the Arab Spring.

“The voter turnout in the Arab sector in Israel is a mere 47 percent… And of that 47%, the majority are fake votes!” he asserts. “I am absolutely certain that [Arab Knesset members] receive money from foreign agents — maybe Iran, Hamas, Nasrallah, for instance. The state needs to investigate this. Where do they get all their assets and funding? These people come into politics with nothing and suddenly they are driving fancy cars, they own land.

“It is exactly what is happening in the Palestinian Authority,” he states, alluding to stories of deep-seated corruption in the ruling Fatah party. “The people are hungry, and these politicians get rich.”

Noting my surprise at the fierce assertions, he adds: “I know this because I see it; I live it.”

To change the way things are done, Karinaoui proposes cooperation. “What I want is to solve our problems here, as part of Israeli society, hand in hand with the Jewish public,” he says.

Karinaoui has canvassed the Arab public’s reaction to his ideas and found, he says, that Arab Israelis, who “currently see no hope,” yearn for the kind of changes that he is proposing. He wants to embody that hope in the next Knesset. “In one month we can have a revolution, but we need help,” he says, referring to the professional public relations team and infrastructure needed to conduct an effective campaign.

The hand that feeds

Karinaoui’s call for cooperation with Israel is a departure from the rhetoric of current Arab Israeli politicians in Knesset, whose public identities are in large part Palestinian. “I am not Palestinian, that is nonsense,” he says dismissively. “These Israeli Arab politicians who hold Israeli IDs — let them try to run for office in the Palestinian Authority. Let them see if the Palestinians and Abu Mazen [Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas] receive their candidacy as ‘Palestinians.’ They could be dead the next day.”

Karinaoui is adamant about defending Israel’s record as a democratic state – and in doing so he aspires to speak for the entire Arab community.

‘The real terrorism is not outside. It is our leadership. It is the crime, the poverty, the drugs and arms that plague our communities. It is Arab leaders teaching our kids to hate’
“Israel is a wonderful place for Arabs,” he declares. “It is the only democracy in the Middle East. Look at what the Arabs are doing to each other all over the Middle East. We don’t want to focus on that anymore here. People want to advance within the State of Israel, where they were born, and, yes, under the Israeli flag.”

Karinaoui stresses his conviction that rapprochement between Jewish and Arab citizens here will lead to benefits abroad as well as at home.

“If there is more cooperation between Arabs and Jews in Israel, we will broadcast that and fight the libel in the Middle East, to show the Arab public that we are part of Israel and proud of it, and that we get what we deserve,” he argues. “This will bring immense benefits to Israel. And even the Iranians will have nothing to say.”

As for the key issue of land ownership — a subject that regularly finds Israel’s Bedouin, including those from his own home town of Rahat, at bitter odds with the Israeli government, he says simply that such disputes cannot be solved through protests and violence, and certainly not by a resort to the brandishing of Palestinian flags. Change has to be achieved via peaceful means, he says. “In war mode, someone always loses.”

Change starts at home

Aside from avowals of gratitude and loyalty to Israel, nationalistic issues don’t really concern Karinaoui. It’s the growing wealth gaps in Israel and what he sees as inadequate Israeli Arab leadership that most bother him. And he considers those problems to be urgent.

“The real terrorism is not outside; it is our leadership,” he says. “It is the crime, the poverty, the drugs and arms that plague our communities. It is Arab leaders teaching our kids to hate. That is the real terrorism. It is inconceivable that a young wife living in the Negev is separated from her husband all week because his only job is up north and hers is there, and yet that happens all the time. There are up to 12,000 teachers that are out of work,” he continues, lamenting the joblessness rate even among the educated.

But despite his outrage, Karinaoui’s reflections on Israel’s economy remain nuanced. He is not, for instance, among those who unreservedly laud Israel’s high-tech boom. “Young people today all want to make it in high-tech, to create start-ups, to make money. Everyone is looking out for themselves; not nearly enough young people are thinking of careers that benefit society, like becoming doctors, or lawyers, something to help… the weak and elderly.”

He leans in to drive home the point. “Who will take care of you and me when we are old?” he asks, pointing to the white whiskers in my beard. “They don’t have gray hair like this at our age in Saudi Arabia. It’s stress that does this. People are suffering here.”

His desire for Arabs to face their own problems is why Karinaoui sees national service (in lieu of military service) as a potential boon for his community. Yet he regards this as a case in which the deeds of successive Israeli governments hardly match their words.

“National service for all is important,” he asserts. “You help your people: women, the elderly, and children… I encourage it every day. But regardless of what they say, the state doesn’t want it because setting up the infrastructure costs money.”

The logic strikes him as myopic. “It would bring in money, by building local authorities, the proper collection of taxes, people feeling that they have a stake and an interest. And it will contribute so much to the advancement of our community that people will embrace it.”

“We need to invest in local councils, infrastructure,” he says.

Politics of division

Because Karinaoui wants his community to throw in its lot with other Israelis, he sees anti-Israel rhetoric among Israeli Arabs not just as a problem for Israel’s security, but also as a clear and present danger to his own people.

‘The Arab leadership has failed and needs to resign and let the Arab public evolve. And the Arab public needs to wake up’

“Arab Israeli leaders are hurting the Arab public and bringing us to the brink of an abyss,” he warns. “There were celebrations in some northern Arab communities when Katyusha rockets were fired into Israel by Hezbollah [during the 2006 Second Lebanon War]. There was celebrating and the waving of foreign flags as the bombs fell. And then those bombs fell on Arabs too…. All you see is hatred. Even among Arabs, we hate each other. Why? We live in a democracy. The Arab leadership has failed and needs to resign and let the Arab public evolve. And the Arab public needs to wake up.”

He castigates Arab politicians at length for misleading their public with what he considers incendiary remarks and political games.

“They distance Arabs from the Jewish majority, and that helps them politically. And it helps parties like [Foreign Minister Avigdor] Liberman’s [Yisrael Beytenu] too. Liberman and [Arab Knesset Member Ahmad] Tibi help each other. We don’t want Israelis to hate us. We were born here; we live here; this is our country. The present Arab leadership is convincing the Arab public that the Jews are leaving this land, and will continue to leave out of despair if we continue to tire them.”

Karinaoui, by contrast, makes plain he wants the Jews to stay because, he says, “We want cooperation and the mixing of people and the development of businesses in our villages…. If we had the country that the present Arab leaders say that they want, we would have a situation like Syria here… Why are they doing so much damage to our relationship with Jewish Israelis?”

“We need an Arab Spring here in Israel,” he adds, “against our own Arab leaders.”

BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU SAY!! THERE ARE SOME VERY SINISTER MONITORINGS GOING ON AT PRESENT ON BLOGS LIKE THIS!!

Dear Friends,

There are some very sinister monitorings going on at present on all blogs and websites which want to highlight the anti-semitism that is going on in Europe, but also the rest of the world.

I have not been allowed to post an article about Norway becoming the first European country to be free of all Jews within the next few weeks, with other European countries soon to follow suit. This is the second article I have been "banned" from publishing, and the blog is severely restricted if I persevere!!

I trust the link below will still work for you, which will give you the full article, but if not, please email me and I will gladly forward it to you.

The enemy is fully at work at present to block us getting this news out which is FACT, not fiction, but be of good cheer, for the Lord Jesus Christ has conquered Satan, Sin, and everything the world can throw at us.

Maranatha Blessings,
Nev.

SUDAN LAST WEEK - IRAN NEXT, CLAIMS THE SUNDAY TIMES!!

Israel Used Sudan Bombing As ‘Dry Run’ For Attack On Iran

An Israel airstrike was behind the explosion last Wednesday at a Sudanese weapons factory, and that attack was a “dry run for a forthcoming attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities,” according to a weekend report in the Sunday Times of London, which also implied the seeds of the attack were planted in the 2010 alleged Mossad assassination of Hamas operative Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai.

Citing anonymous Israeli and western defense sources, the British newspaper alleged that an IAF force consisting of eight fighters, two helicopters and a refueling plane were used in the attack on the weapons factory near Khartoum. The force flew down the Red Sea, avoiding Egyptian air defense, and used electronic countermeasures to prevent detection while over Sudanese territory.

Four fighters made the bombing run, the other four were used for air cover, and the helicopters, which carried 10 commandos each, were in reserve in case a rescue operation was needed to recover a downed pilot.

“This was a show of force, but it was only a fraction of our capability — and of what the Iranians can expect in the countdown to the spring,” an Israeli defense source was quoted as telling the Sunday Times.

Israeli officials have neither confirmed nor denied striking the site. Instead, they accused Sudan of playing a role in an Iranian-backed network of arms shipments to Hamas and Hezbollah. Israel believes Sudan is a key transit point in the circuitous route that weapons take to the Islamic militant groups in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon.

The Sudanese government last Wednesday immediately pointed the finger at Israel for the fire at the Yarmouk Complex that killed two people, and said that four Israeli aircraft bombed the factory.

On Saturday, furthermore, Khartoum claimed it had proof of Israeli involvement. Sudan says 60 percent of the factory was completely destroyed in the attack, and the rest badly damaged.

Sudanese officials said the government has the right to respond to what the information minister said was a “flagrant attack” by Israel on Sudan’s sovereignty, and the right to strengthen its military capabilities.

An American monitoring group said on Saturday that satellite images of the aftermath of the Wednesday explosion suggested the site was hit by an airstrike. The images released by the Satellite Sentinel Project to the Associated Press showed six 52-foot (16-meter) wide craters at the compound.

Military experts consulted by the project found the craters to be “consistent with large impact craters created by air-delivered munitions,” Satellite Sentinel Project spokesman Jonathan Hutson said.

The target may have been around 40 shipping containers seen at the site in earlier images, the group said. It said the craters center on the area where the containers had been stacked.

Sudan was a major hub for al-Qaeda militants and remains a transit for weapon smugglers and African migrant traffickers. Israeli officials believe arms that originate in the Iranian port of Bandar Abbas go through Sudan before crossing Egypt’s lawless Sinai desert and into Gaza through underground tunnels.

According to the Sunday Times, in 2010 when Mossad agents assassinated Hamas arms procurer al-Mabhouh in Dubai, they found a copy of a 2008 defense agreement between Iran and Sudan.

The agreement allowed Iran to build weapons in Sudan under Iranian supervision. The Times wrote that the “Israelis discovered later that a large contingent of Iranian technicians had been sent to the Yarmouk factory… the Iranians were building advanced Shahab ballistic missiles and rockets at a plant in the factory compound.”

These missiles were seen as “a direct threat,” according to an Israeli security expert quoted by the Times.

Opened in 1996, the Yarmouk factory is one of two known state-owned weapons manufacturing plants in the Sudanese capital. Sudan prided itself on having a way to produce its own ammunition and weapons despite United Nations and US sanctions.

The satellite images indicate that the Yarmouk facility includes an oil storage facility, a military depot and an ammunition plant.

The monitoring group said the images indicate that the blast “destroyed two buildings and heavily damaged at least 21 others,” adding that there was no indication of fire damage at the fuel depot inside the military complex.

The group said it could not be certain the containers, seen in images taken Oct. 12, were still there when explosion took place. But the effects of the blast suggested a “highly volatile cargo” was at the epicenter of the explosion.

“If the explosions resulted from a rocket or missile attack against material stored in the shipping containers, then it was an effective surgical strike that totally destroyed any container” that was at the location, the project said.

A witness told the project that three planes were seen “flying fast around southern Khartoum, to the northwest and northeast,” while a fourth larger plane flew toward the northeast at a higher altitude.

Yarmouk is located in a densely populated residential area of the city approximately 11 kilometers (seven miles) southwest of the Khartoum International Airport.

Wednesday’s blast sent exploding ammunition flying into homes in the neighborhood adjacent to the factory, causing panic among residents. Sudanese officials said some people suffered from smoke inhalation.

A man who lives near the factory said that, from inside their house, he and his brother heard a loud roar — what they believed was a plane — just before the boom of the explosion sounded from the factory.

Jerusalem has been tight-lipped since Khartoum. Prime Minster Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday had no comment about the incident. Defense Minister Ehud Barak told Channel 2 there was “nothing to say” about the subject.

The Examiner’s source reiterated the charge made in the Israeli press and by the Sunday Times that Sudanese-made arms funded by Iran make their way to Hamas and Hezbollah armories. The article claimed that Iran pays Bedouin to smuggle Sudanese arms from the Red Sea coast across Sinai to the Gaza Strip.

According to the Examiner’s Israeli source, “hundreds of rockets (mostly with ranges of 20-40 kilometers), about 1,000 mortar shells, dozens of individual anti-tank missiles, and tons of explosives and explosives-making materials have been smuggled” via Sinai to the Gaza Strip.

A MUST READ ARTICLE FOR YOU HERE ON "WHAT WILL CAUSE THE GREAT FALLING AWAY?"

What will cause the great falling away?

MT 24:10At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13but he who stands firm to the end will be saved.”

I bet you have some great friends, I know I do. I believe they would drop everything to be there for me just as I would for them. Local churches are full of groups that consider themselves close. Yet Jesus says in the end times that MANY of these “friends” will betray and hate each other.
I bet you know some sweet believers, I know I do. I believe they would take a bullet rather than deny their faith. Local churches are full of believers that would not for a moment think that they were vulnerable to falling away. Yet, Jesus says that MANY of these believers will turn away from the faith.
What could cause people who love each other to betray and hate each other? What could cause people who are excited about being believers to turn away from the faith? We could contemplate the circumstances that might bring that about. What about worldwide famine, worldwide persecution, or both with people being rewarded with food to turn in the remaining christians? Would that be enough to cause the great falling away? Well, those things certainly wouldn’t help the situation.  But no, the answer is Shallow Roots are the culprit.
Mt 13: 20The one who received the seed that fell on rocky places is the man who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. 21But since he has no root, he lasts only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, he quickly falls away.
The man with shallow roots was unprepared for trouble and persecution. He may have been following Jesus for the bread and fish he was handing out or because he was famous. But when times got hard, he either determined that this is not what he had signed up for, or he simply chose to give up rather than continue suffering.   I suspect that you have seen an individual fall away. I know I have. Perhaps you have felt the temptation yourself in the midst of suffering circumstances. Why do some fall away but others do not?
I recall a conversation I had with my pastor, standing in a hospital corridor while my wife lay a few doors down with what had just been termed inoperable cancer. My pastor asked me how I was coping and I opined that my evangelical foundation was more useful to me in these times of trouble than my charismatic experience. You see, over the previous 7 years MANY people of faith with good intent had stood around us like cheerleaders echoing phrases that lacked root. “Everything is going to be fine!” , “Just have faith.” , “I have a good feeling about..”, “God has such good plans for you, there is no way he would cut her life short..”
Don’t get me wrong, we both believed in healing, and I still believe that God heals people today. I have participated in effective healing prayer many times.  But she died. After 7 years of anointing with oil, standing in faith, and enlisting a great crowd of believers and churches in other states and countries to pray and believe with us, she died.  But I did not fall away. Many people, especially non-believers don’t understand why I didn’t abandon the faith when in their eyes God abandoned me.
But I didn’t fall away because I didn’t come to rely on paperback theology, false assumptions, or empty rhetoric. God was faithful to me in so many ways. He spoke to me several times during her sickness. He told me that even Lazarus died again after Jesus had raised him up. He reminded me of eternity and that this life isn’t about us, its about His Kingdom and His Glory. He allowed me to be there when she went to be with Jesus and I saw the reflection of heaven in her face as she went.
1The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. 1 tim 4:1
My “friends”, I believe we are living in the end times. I believe that times will soon be upon us where those who have shallow roots will be sorely tempted to turn away from their faith in order to do what they must to survive including turning in their other “friends” for reward and recognition.
Are you satisfied with shallow responses to the quickly deteriorating circumstances all around you?

  • It could never happen here..(Hurricane Katrina)
  • We are a modern economy with a strong currency (Argentina)
  • He is an elected leader bound by a constitution (Hitler)
  • The things we worry about most rarely happen (Noah/Joseph/EndTimes)
  • It will probably be fifty years or more until we see a one world government (No man knows the day)
The end times will happen. World trade will cease. Famine will be widespread.  A one world government will arise and will persecute and kill Christians. MANY believers will abandon their faith. MANY believers will turn on and betray one another.  The love of MOST will grow cold in the midst of tough choices and widespread extreme suffering.
Dig some roots, trade in shallow and empty rhetoric for an honest risk assessment, focus on timeless principles and timely actions.  You are going to need a durable faith for the times ahead so you can refuse to participate in the great falling away, so you can continue to provide and protect for your family, so you can have something to share with those in need, so you can stand firm to the end.
