recent podcast interview with Sean Hannity making the rounds on social
media—including a wide range of topics from AI and the midterm elections to
Israel and End-Times prophecy—Franklin Graham repeatedly pointed to Jesus
Christ as the ultimate answer for a world longing for lasting peace and hope.
Citing news
headlines about the creators of the leading artificial intelligence platforms
warning that AI could pose an existential threat to humanity, the president of
the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse, told the Fox
News Channel host, “My hope is in Jesus Christ.”
“My hope is
not in the Republican Party or the Democrats or some other future political
system.,” Franklin said during the nearly 90-minute episode of “Hangout with
Sean Hannity.” “It’s not in the UN. It’s not in the Communist Party of China.
It’s in Jesus Christ and Him alone.”

Imagine sitting in your living
room watching television when a commercial appears for one of America’s most
recognizable restaurant chains. You expect to see burritos, tacos, or perhaps a
new menu item. Instead, you see a Ouija board.
A tortilla chip becomes the
pointer, and the commercial invites viewers into a supernatural-themed
experience. What does communicating with spirits have to do with selling
Mexican food?
Apparently, in today’s
advertising culture, there is more than we might expect. In September 2026,
Chipotle announced its Summon the Spirits Tour, a promotional campaign
celebrating the return of its margarita. The campaign played on the double
meaning of the word spirits, incorporating imagery associated with
communicating with the dead. Some viewers found it clever. Others considered it
harmless Halloween humor.
When did symbols associated with
witchcraft, divination, and spirit communication become acceptable tools for
selling ordinary consumer products?

Romans 1:28-32 states, “Even as
they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a
debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all
unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness;
full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers,
backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things,
disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving,
unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice
such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of
those who practice them.”
Our world has become the
opposite of what it used to be. The moral and character flaws that are listed
in Romans 1:28-32 have always been part of life in a fallen world, but there
has long been a clearly defined line between good and evil. Even during the
periods of history when evil seemed to be dominant and tyrants were brutal in
their rule, people knew the difference between right and wrong, and good and
evil. Good was still good, and evil was still evil. Yet Paul says in Romans 1
that when a nation (or the world) rejects God’s existence and authority, a
moral perversion will spread and lead to a time when the moral and character
flaws in Romans 1:28-32 will become dominant. Paul closes this passage with
what we could call the end of the digression and the point of no return.
Society will have hit rock bottom, so to speak. He says in verse 32 that not
only will moral perversion be practiced, it will be approved of.

Should the great Apostle Paul be
allowed to return from Heaven to get a glimpse of things going on here at the
moment –a thing he would likely decline if offered—I believe upon his taking
one glance at today’s so-called leftists’ thinking, he would say this was
exactly the point he was making as recorded in Romans 1:28.

the apostle’s words, under Holy Spirit Inspiration:
“Wherefore God also gave them up
to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own
bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and
worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for
ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even
their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And
likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their
lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and
receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
