Something that appears very serious is going on inside Russia as of 4:29 PM eastern United States Time (New York City Time) which translates to 11:29 PM in Moscow Russia. President Vladimir Putin is being whisked back to the Kremlin lights and sirens.
It is not yet known if this presidential movement has anything to do with a VERY UNUSUAL FOUR (4) coded military messages transmitted by Russian "Numbers" shortwave station UVB-76 earlier today
