BREXIT IS IN SAFE HANDS WITH THE ADMIRABLE JACOB REES-MOGG AS HE CONTINUES TO SLATE BOTH DAVID DAVIS AND THERESA MAY IN PARLIAMENT!!

Jacob Rees-Mogg declares WAR on David Davis: Tory lambasts 'damage limitation' of Brexit policy!
TOP Brexiteer Jacob Rees-Mogg has turned on the government in a blistering attack as he accused them of failing to seize the opportunities presented by Brexit. Mr Rees-Mogg, the leader of the Tory Brexiteer European Research Group, accused the government of having resigned itself to Brexit being negative for Britain. He lambasted a strategy of "damage limitation" as he pushed for a positive attitude towards the post-Brexit possibilities for Britain.
Jacob Rees-Mogg has demanded a Brexit attitude change from the government
The Somerset MP told the Telegraph: "The Government's tone on Brexit needs to fundamentally change."If Brexit's opportunities are taken off the table then Brexit becomes only a damage limitation exercise. “The British people did not vote for that. They didn't vote for management of decline." It comes after Mr Rees-Mogg warned Brexit Secretary David Davis Britain risks being turned into a “vassal state” of the EU in a post-Brexit transition period.
In a heated exchange, the senior Tory MP told Mr Davis the UK should cut ties with the bloc on leaving, rather than accept a further two years of Brussels primacy in a transition period. Mr Rees-Mogg claimed the arrangement would effectively prolong Britain's EU membership by leaving the country within the jurisdiction of the EU Court of Justice and signed up to Brussels rules and regulations.
The Tory MP told Mr Davis: "Be honest about it,that we are de facto staying in for another two years. Who is going to punish us if we get on with it now? "Aren't we just still acting as if we are in the European Union? We're bound by the European Union; we are lackeys of the European Union. "Can't we be a bit bolder and implement the referendum result?”
He criticised the acceptance of a transition period as "a big move away fro the vote in June 2016". Theresa May originally referred to an "implementation period", which would involve regulations gradually falling away, instead of the transition period, which will entirely replicate the conditions of EU membership. Mr Davis vowed Britain would be "free of all these fetters" of the European Union by the end of the transition period in 2021.
