Living in the time of a dispensational change is an exciting time for Believers. We have God’s Holy Spirit permanently living in us, illuminating scripture to help us understand what’s really going on.
Believers living just before the time of Noah’s flood, basically Noah’s family, had no permanently indwelling Holy Spirit. They didn’t even have any inspired scripture to study.
