The battle for Jerusalem has already begun, with all the key players doing what they are supposed to do.

For the past 8 years, NTEB has gone back and forth on whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is the Biblical Antichrist or not. Certainly he is an antichrist, but the AC of the Bible? Probably not. But wait. Then he goes and pulls a stunt like he did on Friday, and he is right back in the Antichrist category.
As you all know by now, the Obama administration, under direct orders from Obama himself,
conspired for months behind Israel's back to craft a resolution at the United Nations, condemning Israeli home construction in Israel. Using language like "settlements" and "occupiers", the resolution was crafted to make Israel look like the Nazis after they entered France and Poland during WWII. The resolution was also designed to accuse Israel of "crimes against humanity" with the idea of bringing them before an International Court. The red-hot hatred that Obama possesses for God's people the Jews and for God's land of Israel flows from the very depths of Hell itself. But it doesn't end there, let's look at the timing of
when he did it.
UNSC Resolution 2334, demanding Israel stop all settlement activity
United Nations resolution 2334 was voted on and approved on December 23, 2016, by a 14-0 vote with the United States abstaining. Obama abstained from voting to ensure passing of the resolution. If America had vetoed it would not have passed. It goes all the way back to 1967, and would seek to reverse all the gains that Israel has made since that time. You can read the full transcript of
this demonic document here. But basically what it does is gives control of Jerusalem to the mythical Palestinians in language like the following:
"Reaffirms that the establishment by Israel of settlements in the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, has no legal validity and constitutes a flagrant violation under international law and a major obstacle to the achievement of the two-State solution and a just, lasting and comprehensive peace; Reiterates its demand that Israel immediately and completely cease all settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem, and that it fully respect all of its legal obligations in this regard; Underlines that it will not recognize any changes to the 4 June 1967 lines, including with regard to Jerusalem, other than those agreed by the parties through negotiations;" - UN Resolution 2334
The resolution is designed to remove all traces of Jewish history from their own capital city of Jerusalem, and give that land to their sworn enemies the Palestinians. All of this happened on Friday, right? What was Friday? It was one day before Christmas Eve for the Christians, and one day before Hanukkah for the Jews with both coincidentally falling on the same day this year of December 24th. Obama's dastardly deed now becomes a "message within a message" as he professes in one fell swoop his hatred for Christians, his hatred for Jews, and his hatred for the state of Israel. All this places him firmly in antichrist territory.
Have you ever read in the book of the prophet Joel why God fights the Battle of Armageddon against Antichrist?
The first two verses in the third chapter of the book of Joel contain some powerful stuff. First, God tells you that Judah and Jerusalem are knit together as one, meaning that Jerusalem belongs to the Jews and the Jews alone. It is not some "international city" to celebrate the "world's religions". It is God's land and He gives it to the Jews.
"For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land." Joel 3:1,2 (KJV)
In the next verse we read of an event that triggers God's fury like little else can do, someone has "parted His land" of Israel and taken it. What land exactly was parted? In the context of what we read, the "parting" of the land occurs when Jerusalem is taken from the Jews by decree of the Antichrist. So that makes the entire Battle of Armageddon a fight over who truly owns the land. God says Judah and Jerusalem is His land and He gives it to the Jews, and the Antichrist says Jerusalem is his and fights a battle to the death over it.

The battle for Jerusalem has already begun, with all the key players doing what they are supposed to do. Obama, in the role of antichrist, seeks to remove Jerusalem from Jewish control in accordance with what the Bible says the Antichrist will do during the time of Jacob's trouble. That's why God put His hand on Donald Trump, and put into his heart to stand for the Jews and move the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem. That single act will say to the global community that the United States recognizes Jerusalem as the capital city of Israel.
When that happens, what will happen next will astound you. And in the mix of all this prophetical activity, the Rapture of the Church will take place, and the then real battle will start.
